Bloom ("we", "us") is operated by Blunt London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Your privacy is fundamental to our mission. This policy explains what data the Bloom app collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Bloom stores your preferences, exercise settings, profile name, and progress locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts on external servers and we do not have access to your local data.
We do not track your individual breathing sessions, record audio, monitor your usage patterns, or build behavioural profiles. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
If you purchase a Bloom Premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat as a subscription-management provider to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase receipt — never your name, email, or device data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Bloom optionally generates short daily mindfulness reflections using Google's Gemini API. These requests are anonymous, contain no personal information, and are not stored. See Google's privacy policy. You can disable daily reflections at any time in the Notifications settings.
With your permission, Bloom sends local push notifications for daily reminders and mindfulness nuggets. These are generated and delivered on your device — they are not sent through external servers.
Bloom is rated 4+ and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because your data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing the app or by clearing the app's storage. Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
